Area interiors is a joint Canadian-Chinese venture dedicated to selling high-end European home furnishings.

The showroom took over an old tool factory from the seventies, in the middle of Shanghai’s bustling shopping district.

The design uses raised stages to draw the user to the settings and deeper into the structure.

Epoxy floors throughout, muted lighring details, and grand stone staircase create a backdrop for the amazing design pieces being sold and highlight some of the original and unique architectural elements of the original structure. 

NIKE LAB PS7 was designed and completed in 2014. Due to it's incredible success, the store was expanded in 2015. This was a difficult project involving multiple landlord, structural altercations, and comprehensive HVAC adjustment.  All of this was preformed while keeping the original store space operational.

Taking over an entire floor of the Zaha Hadid Designed Wangjing SOHO building in Beijing, the office acts as the creative and business hub for Parkland development and innovation practices.

75 key luxury resort, villa and spa complex located lakeside in Jinning, China.

​The focus of Jining Resort was to create an architecture driven by the lakeside culture but with a strong focus on design, function, and form. In this way, the complex could stand on its own as a destination spot for business and recreation alike.
